Tuna + Chorizo. Seared tomato. Olive Salt. Tomato oil + puree. Literally perfect combination.
Crispy skin Alfasino. Sea salt sprinkling. Caramelised onion. Light and crisp skin that melts delicately at the touch of the tip of the tongue.
Today is a surprisingly beautiful day. Full of sunshine, filled with love.
